Context
For Fressnapf, a leading online store for pet food and animal care, we developed a playful gamification campaign designed to strengthen customer engagement. The concept was a hidden animal search game, where users could explore and interact with different scenes to discover hidden animals.
My role in this project included designing the user interface within the application, creating unique graphic elements for the game, and developing animations that brought the experience to life. The challenge was to make the game both fun and intuitive while keeping the visual style consistent with Fressnapf’s brand identity.
By combining playful mechanics with clear design, the campaign not only entertained users but also created a positive emotional connection with the brand. This interactive experience showed how gamification can go beyond traditional marketing—turning customer interaction into something engaging, memorable, and enjoyable.
